Pinchapoo (slang for pinch-a-shampoo), Australia's biggest not for profit supplier of personal hygiene products, works with more than 300 leading organisations nationally as a hygiene solution, providing customised packs to people in need.
Kyabram Youth Club and the Showers for the Homeless program is one of those organisations benefiting from the cheeky not-for-profit.
The connection was created through the Rotary Club of Kyabram, a great supporter of the local showers program.
KYC secretary and showers co-ordinator Margaret Lister-Brown was delighted by the delivery of items from Ky Rotary's public relations officer Marilyn Ross.
Ms Lister-Brown said as word continued to spread about the offer of a free hot shower to those in greatest need, more people were using the products.
Pinchapoo is credited with inspiring a cheeky hotel toiletry 'pinching' movement 10 years ago.
Using this modern day Robin Hood concept, they have redistributed more than 3 million personal hygiene products included in the cost of hotel accommodation to hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged men, women and children nationally.
Kyabram Youth Club's Showers for the Homeless program operates Monday mornings from 7.30-8.30am for people needing a hot shower.
