A MOAMA teenager has been charged after a collision in Echuca early Friday.
The 18-year-old P-plater was lucky to escape injury after crashing her Holden Cruze sedan into a concrete power pole at the corner of Crofton and Dickson streets just before 2am.
The force of the crash left an imprint of her number plate on the pole.
Echuca's Sergeant Shane Kervin said police were called to the crash about 2.15am.
"They have spoken to the 18-year-old who admitted she was driving and as a result she was charged on summons with careless driving," he said.
"She was lucky not to be injured. The crash was significant enough to cause concern."
Sgt Kervin said it was unknown if anyone else was in the car.
The woman will appear before Echuca Magistrates Court at a later date.
It's the 12th crash in Echuca in just over five weeks.
