Police investigate Echuca East car crash

It is believed a man was driving along the street when his car crashed into two parked cars and rolled onto its side.

A woman in her 20s who was a passenger in the vehicle was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police are investigating whether distraction was a factor in the collision.
