Driver faces court after police intercept

Police allege the driver, who they say is a repeat offender for unlicensed and other dangerous driving offences, was driving unlawfully.

The vehicle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1445.

The driver is expected to be summonsed to appear before a magistrates' court on allegations of driving while unlicensed, using an unregistered vehicle, refusing a preliminary breath test and refusing an oral fluid test.
