The video, which was taken in Echuca early Saturday, showed a crowd of about 100 youths congregating in the carpark at McDonalds.
Police were called to the incident, and gave a brief pursuit of a car which mounted the sidewalk on the east side of High St before crossing the median strip and continuing to drive.
The video has been posted on Facebook, YouTube and shared on Instagram, with the Facebook post being shared more than 300 times and receiving 1600 comments since it was posted on Wednesday night.
The video was produced by a group of content creators and YouTubers called The Bread Gang.
The presenters were asked to leave McDonalds by security when they tried to enter, with security guards keeping the situation under control at the store.
The Bread Gang produces a series of videos, travelling to cities across the country, including Melbourne, Brisbane, Wagga Wagga and Geelong, with international variations in the UK and US.
The videos in the series revolve around two hosts interviewing young people who are heavily intoxicated and on drugs on camera during nights out.
Presenters asked the crowd questions, including "tell us something your mum doesn't know?" and "where is the loosest city in Australia?".
The latter was answered by everyone shown on the video as "Echuca" to cheers, with several people saying it was because of access to drugs and alcohol.
More than 40,000 people follow the Facebook page and the YouTube video has been viewed nearly 15,000 times.
A spokesperson for McDonalds Echuca declined to comment, while police were also contacted for comment.
