Mums honoured at joyful breakfast

Mothers and special women from the Australian Christian College school community have been celebrated with a heartfelt Mother’s Day breakfast.

Students and their families gathered for the event, which was filled with laughter, shared conversation and quality time.

The breakfast provided a chance for the school community to pause and honour the important role mothers and carers play, celebrating them and creating lasting memories for students and their mums.

Representatives from local business Bright Hope Books also joined the celebration, helping make the event extra special for attending families.

Pastor Hannah Stevenson shared an inspiring message with mothers, reflecting on the difference between being still and truly resting.

She encouraged mums to intentionally make space for both in their busy lives, reminding them that rest is not only important for personal wellbeing, but also for the health of the whole family.
