Demolition has begun on the Harry Bird toilets at Victoria Park Lake, Shepparton.

The works to replace the amenity are expected to take about eight weeks to complete, weather permitting.
The works are being carried out under the public toilet replacement program.
The upgrade will feature three accessible toilet cubicles, including showers, aiming to improve accessibility and ensure compliance with current standards.
Construction of the new facility is set to begin shortly after demolition has been completed.
The modernised facility will provide a more inclusive, comfortable and user-friendly experience for all visitors.
Throughout the works, portable toilets are going to be available for public use close to the existing block.
