Do religion and politics mix? The answer to that is a resounding yes.
As Christians, we have an ethical and moral duty to keep our nation in right standing with God.
It’s up to us to cast our vote for a party that most closely aligns with biblical values and has the political will and teeth to make a difference.
For too long we have been led by career politicians that have, sadly, failed to listen to the will of the people.
We have an opportunity on May 9 to echo in the winds of change.
We were founded as a Christian nation, and consequently, we have had God’s blessing and protection upon our nation. The further we slip from our founding principals, the further we slip away from God.
We badly need politicians who will stand up and fight to uphold our Christian heritage and principals.
We need politicians who possess moral clarity and basic common sense.
We need politicians who do not go along with the status who, but who genuinely have the best interest of the people at heart.
Let’s all pray for our electorate and ask God to help each of us to make the right decision.
