AN ECHUCA grandmother is devastated after her house was broken into and car stolen earlier this week.
Rhonda Dullard said thieves broke into and ransacked her Eyre St property overnight Monday before stealing the keys to her white 2007 Nissan Pathfinder.
‘‘It has car seats in it for when I babysit the grandchildren,’’ she said.
‘‘A computer, television, chainsaw and tools are also gone.
‘‘The car was allegedly spotted being driven over the bridge this morning looking worse for wear.’’
Police have been notified and are investigating.
They are appealing to the public to keep an eye out for the vehicle, with registration UQJ 939.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Echuca police on 5483 1500 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
