Huntly 16.8 (104) def. LBU 13.15 (93)
On route to its third straight premiership, LBU lost just one game during the 2013 season and that came against the Hawks.
In a highly anticipated clash, the two sides raced out of the blocks as they kicked five goals apiece in the opening quarter.
But in the second and third terms, it was all Huntly as the Hawks booted 10 goals to three and looked set for a comfortable victory.
LBU threatened in the final term, but inaccurate goalkicking of 4.6 ruined their chances of a comeback win.
Lachie Collins performed strongly with five goals, while Marcus Angrove booted three.
Leitchville-Gunbower v White Hills
Round 8, 2015, Gunbower Recreation Reserve
LG 12.22 (94) def. 9.8 (62)
A typically dominant day from the powerhouse Matt Perri saw the Bombers get the win in this clash in 2015.
The best goalkicker in the HDFL added another four goals to his tally for the season, which would finish at 59 for the year.
But the team was far from perfect on the day, booting 22 behinds to go with their 12 goals.
But the tally wasn't what mattered at the end of the day, with the Bombers getting the four points in a 15-1.
