Goulburn Valley League and Heathcote District Football Netball League will continue as usual, with Echuca, Lockington-Bamawm United and Leitchville-Gunbower playing.
The Murray Bombers are away to Tatura at Tatura Park, Echuca heavily favoured in senior football at 2pm as it faces the competition’s bottom side.
A-grade netball begins at 2.15pm, with the Murray Bombers eyeing an eighth consecutive win against the Bulldogs, who are sitting in the finals spots.
Lockington-Bamawm United has two clashes at Lockington Recreation Reserve against Heathcote.
The Cats and Saints will face off in a huge senior football match-up at 2.20pm, the result having major implications on the finals race.
Should LBU win, it would jump fourth-placed Heathcote and potentially move eight points clear of sixth-placed Leitchville-Gunbower.
Meanwhile, Lockington is looking to keep its faint post-season hopes alive in A-grade netball, which begins at 2.30pm.
Leitchville-Gunbower returns to action after a bye, taking on Huntly at Strauch Reserve.
A win for the Bombers in senior football could put them above Lockington and into fifth on the ladder, their clash against the Hawks starting at 2.20pm.
The A-grade netball match-up begins at 2.30pm, with a win for Leitchville putting it only a game behind Huntly, which currently occupies the last finals spot.
All football and netball matches will take place on Saturday, July 4.
