As such, fans and club members alike are gearing up for another action-packed Saturday of sport football and netball.
Meanwhile, other sports will also be happening around the region over the weekend, including soccer and hockey.
Following a mixed outing last week at Deakin Reserve, the Murray Bombers will return home to Victoria Park to host Seymour in round 11 of Goulburn Valley League football and netball.
The senior football match will begin at 2pm, with the A-grade netball starting at 2.15pm.
The Echuca senior women’s football team will travel to Tatura to play the Bulldogs on Friday, June 20 at 7.30pm.
All of Moama, Echuca United and Tongala will be in action this weekend in the Murray Football Netball League, with both the Magpies and Blues away from home.
Moama footy will have a top of the table clash and potential finals preview against The Road at Congupna Football Netball Club and Tongala will march to Numurkah Recreation Reserve to get its season back on track.
Meanwhile, the Eagles will host Barooga at Echuca South Recreation Reserve as both teams look to find their best form.
All senior football games will begin at 2pm, with A-grade netball starting at 1.30pm.
In an interesting round of Heathcote District Football Netball league action, Leitchville-Gunbower and White Hills will meet for a 2024 grand final rematch at Gunbower Recreation Reserve.
Huntly will host Lockington-Bamawm United at Strauch Reserve, with both senior football and A-grade netball games for each encounter beginning at 2.30pm.
HDFNL will also have its junior interleague from 10am on Sunday against Loddon Mallee Football League at Maiden Gully Recreation Reserve.
Picola United will host Tungamah at Picola Recreation Reserve, while Mathoura will travel to Katunga Recreation Reserve to do battle with the Swans.
Both senior football games will start at 2.05pm, while the A-grade netball will begin at 1.30pm.
In soccer, Echuca-Moama Border Raiders will be at it again this weekend, with the men returning to Jack Eddy Oval to host Golden City at 2pm on Sunday after a successful trip to Deniliquin last week.
Meanwhile, the women will come up against Spring Gully on Saturday at 3.30pm after losing to Shepparton United.
Echuca-Moama Hockey Association will have a big Saturday, with a full round of senior action on the field.
The A-grade men will take on Shepparton Youth Club at Shepparton Hockey Complex at 3.30pm.
The B-grade will host Mooroopna Hockey Club at Echuca College at 2pm.
The two women’s hockey sides will both travel to Shepparton Hockey Complex for their matches, with Echuca White playing Shepparton Youth Club at 12.30pm while Echuca Green will face Euroa at 2pm.
