The Mowers start their title defence at home on Sunday and will be raising the 2025 flag at Moama Recreation Reserve ahead of their round one clash with Nathalia.

Moama finished as minor premier, logging a 12-2 regular season record, before taking down Shepparton United 7.6 (48) to 3.4 (22) in the grand final.
The league is down to five teams this year as the other local side, Echuca United, opted to make the move to the Central Victoria Football League in the off-season.
The Eagles won’t see their first action in the new league until Sunday, April 26.
The Goulburn Murray Youth Girls is scheduled for 15 rounds this year, each side to have three byes and take on the other sides three times each.
The regular season will conclude on August 2, with finals to begin on August 9, and the grand final held the following week, alongside the women’s decider, on August 16.
The women’s league starts next weekend, with Moama to visit Scott Oval at Cobram in round one on April 19.
