Through the shutdown period, 30 MBC staff members continued to work behind the scenes to ensure the club would be ready to hit the ground running.
Sales and marketing manager George Santos was one of those people and he said the club was excited to help out wherever it could in what was a difficult time for many people.
“We love being able to support all the different initiatives that we have in the region,” he said.
“During the shutdown time we sought to remain involved with the community of Echuca-Moama by providing free soups to local organisations looking after the needy, as well as producing live cooking sessions via our Facebook page and introducing a curry menu that was offered to our community at a discounted price, selling over 10,000 portions over that time.”
“During the shutdown our chefs took the time to create new dishes that are now featuring in both the bistro, cafe and Junction menus which is really exciting.”
If you’re looking to dine out one week, MBC may just be the perfect place for you.
The club offers several different options including the bistro and Junction.
While for the sweet tooth, Frinkle is always a popular choice.
“We have something for everyone,” Mr Santos said.
“We are not able to take bookings for the bistro over the phone, but once guests are at the club, reservations may be made for each service. Junction bookings may be made on 1800 806 777.”
The club is open from 10am to 1am, Monday-Thursday and on Sunday.
On Friday and Saturday, MBC is open from 10am to 2am.
Frinkle is open from 6pm until late, seven days a week, and for lunch and dinner during the Victorian school holidays.
