Presented as A Walker Family Show, the event will also feature the ever graceful and powerful voice of Benny’s cousin Madi Colville-Walker.
Audiences can also enjoy an outdoor fire and barbecue at the much-loved regional arts space. Then, weather permitting, the performance will happen beneath the winter sky outside the gallery, with a cosy indoor setup ready if needed.
A Yorta Yorta man from Echuca, Benny Walker has become one of Australia’s most respected and emotionally compelling live performers, known for blending blues, roots and contemporary soul with deep grooves and heartfelt storytelling.
“Benny Walker is an artist sure to impress our audiences new and old,” the G.R.A.I.N. Store manager Kim Carter said.
“We are thrilled to be welcoming him back to Nathalia with the full band after such a long time and particularly excited about hearing these songs in a regional setting like ours.”

Supporting Benny is Madi Colville-Walker, a proud Yorta Yorta woman also from Echuca-Moama whose captivating songwriting and emotionally resonant voice have quickly drawn attention across the Australian music scene.
“Madi spent some of her early career years testing material in front of our wonderfully supportive music lovers here at G.R.A.I.N. Store,” the G.R.A.I.N. Store board member Kristen Retallick said.
This event is supported by the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria and the Regional Arts Victoria Small Regional Presenters Fund and 10,000 Gigs Fund.
The event will be held at the G.R.A.I.N. Store, 24 Blake St, Nathalia on Sunday, June 28, with the barbecue starting at 1pm and the show at 2pm.
