Returning July 23 to 26, the festival will transform the twin towns into a four-day celebration of blues, roots, soul and rock ’n’ roll, with performances across pubs, clubs, cafés, restaurants, outdoor spaces and special event venues.
The program brings together national touring artists, festival favourites and emerging acts, with music running across more than 20 stages, featuring over 50 artists at more than 150 performances.
This year's program includes Jeff Lang and Dom Turner, 19-Twenty, Ray Beadle, Kathleen Halloran and Nathan Cavaleri, alongside returning crowd favourites and first-time festival artists from across Australia.
The festival's free-entry venue model allows attendees to enjoy a wide range of live music and support local businesses during the quieter winter period. Kathleen Halloran, pictured, will play Echuca-Moama Winter Blues for the third year.

Festival music programmer Jon Howell said the announcement reflected both the depth of the Australian blues scene and the unique energy of the festival weekend.
“For over 25 years, the Winter Blues Festival has been about bringing people together through great live music,” he said.
“The program this year really shows the range of what blues music can be, from traditional blues and roots through to soul, acoustic music, blues-rock and everything in between.
“We've got genuine legends, exciting new voices and we're counting on plenty of those festival moments that happen when the whole of Australia’s blues family land in Echuca for one big weekend.”
A major drawcard of the festival is its free-entry venue model, allowing locals and visitors to move between participating venues and experience a wide range of live music throughout the weekend.
Organisers say the festival continues to play an important role in bringing visitors to the region during the quieter winter period, supporting local venues, accommodation providers and small businesses.

The program also features the festival’s famous Wrap Party on Sunday night, a showcase of festival artists jamming together and a fundraiser supporting the volunteer-led, not-for-profit committee that manages the event.
Festival-goers can download the official 2026 Winter Blues Festival app via the Apple App Store or Google Play to explore the program, build a personal schedule and stay up to date across the weekend.
The Winter Blues Festival is supported by the Victorian Government through Visit Victoria's Regional Events Fund.
