The game is scheduled for the weekend of June 28 and June 29 with a final date and time still to be decided.
Pioneers talent manager Steve Sharp said the team was looking forward to playing another community game in the twin towns.
“We always enjoy the trip to Echuca, the local people are always supportive when we do visit,” Sharp said.
“Hopefully we got some better weather than last year which in turn can draw a big crowd to support the boys.
“Overall we're pleased with the draw for both our sides because it will give the players a great opportunity to test themselves against quality players from across the country.”
The Pioneers’ boys side will open the new season against the Geelong Falcons on March 21 at GMHBA stadium from 1pm, while their bye is fixtured for round 12.
Meanwhile, the girls side will start their bid for finals action on February 29 against the Western Jets at Queen Elizabeth Oval, Bendigo in a match which will be used as an AFLW curtain-raiser.
This year's NAB League competition will feature the several academies of AFL clubs, while Tasmania is also set to re-enter.
NAB League grand finals are scheduled for May 23 (girls) and September 19 (boys).
